Troubleshooting common issues with FlopHero
Running into a problem with FlopHero is usually easy to fix. This guide helps you resolve login errors, browser issues, performance slowdowns, upload problems, and missing analysis.
Login Problems
Can’t log in or see “Invalid Credentials”
Check your email and password. Passwords are case-sensitive, so make sure caps lock isn’t on.
If you forgot your password, click Forgot Password on the login page and use the reset link. Check your spam folder if it doesn’t arrive within a few minutes.
“Account Not Found”
Confirm you’re using the email you registered with. If you created your account with a different email, try that one instead.
If you still can’t log in, contact hello@flophero.com and we’ll help you sort it out.
Browser Compatibility Issues
FlopHero not loading or displaying correctly
Use the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge. Updating your browser fixes most display problems.
If you’re already on the latest version, try clearing your cache and cookies, then restart the browser.
Features not working or buttons not responding
First, clear your cache and cookies, then restart the browser. This solves most responsiveness issues.
If that doesn’t work, temporarily disable browser extensions like ad blockers or privacy tools. These can sometimes interfere with FlopHero’s functionality.
Try a different browser to isolate the issue. If FlopHero works in another browser, the problem is likely with your original browser’s settings or extensions.
Performance Issues
FlopHero feels slow
Close unused tabs. Browsers slow down when you have too many tabs open, especially if some are running heavy content.
Test your internet speed and stabilize the connection. A slow or unstable connection will make FlopHero feel sluggish.
Restart the browser to clear memory bloat. Browsers can accumulate memory over time, slowing everything down.
Close heavy apps to free system resources. If you’re running video editing software, games, or other resource-intensive programs, they can slow down your browser.
Display and Rendering Issues
Tables, charts, or graphics not showing
Disable browser extensions first. Ad blockers and privacy extensions can sometimes block visual elements.
Update your graphics drivers if the issue persists. Outdated drivers can cause rendering problems.
Text is too small or too large
Reset zoom to 100% with Ctrl+0 on Windows or Cmd+0 on Mac. Accidental zoom changes are a common cause of display issues.
Mobile display problems
FlopHero is desktop-first. Some features may not fit smaller screens properly. Use a laptop or desktop for the best experience.
Session and Hand Upload Issues
Hands not appearing after upload
Confirm the upload completed successfully. Check for any error messages during the upload process.
Wait a few minutes for large files to process. If you uploaded hundreds of hands, processing takes time.
Check if filters are hiding results. You might have active filters that exclude the hands you just uploaded.
Verify the hands fall within your plan’s stake coverage. If you’re on the Low Stakes plan and uploaded PLO $5/$10 hands, they won’t be analyzed.
Unsupported files or malformed hand histories will not import. See the Hand Upload Troubleshooting article for accepted formats.
Analysis Not Showing
“Analysis Not Available” or missing GTO solutions
There are a few reasons this might happen. The hand might be outside your plan’s stake coverage. The format might be unsupported. The spot might fall into a category we don’t analyze.
Check the hand details panel for the specific reason. It will tell you exactly why analysis isn’t available for that particular hand.
