FAQ - Subscription
This article answers the most common questions about FlopHero subscriptions, billing, and managing your plan.

Choosing the Right Subscription
Pick the plan that matches the stakes you play most often.
Rake and game dynamics vary by level, so analysis and training are stake-specific.
Hands played outside your plan won’t be analyzed, and trainer strategies won’t apply.
We offer three tiers:
- Low Stakes (up to PLO 50)
- Mid Stakes (up to PLO 500)
- High Stakes (PLO 500+)
Choose based on where you play the most volume.
You can upgrade anytime as you move up in stakes.

How Pricing Works
All FlopHero plans include the same features.
You only pay for the stakes you play.
Each subscription includes full access to GTO Tracker, Strategies, Trainer, and Replayer.
The only difference between plans is the stake level covered.
Payment Options
Credit and Debit Cards – All major cards are accepted via Stripe, our encrypted and PCI-compliant payment processor.
Cryptocurrency – We currently accept payments in Tether (USDT) only. These are processed manually upon request.
If you’d like to pay with USDT, contact us on Discord or email hello@flophero.com for setup.
Automatic Renewal
All subscriptions renew automatically to ensure uninterrupted access.
You can cancel anytime from your Subscription Management settings.
After canceling, you’ll keep full access until the end of your billing cycle.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, FlopHero retries several times during a short grace period.
If it still fails, your account switches to the Free plan until payment details are updated.
Your data remains safe.
Once payment succeeds, your subscription reactivates automatically.
Refund Policy
If you’re not satisfied, you can request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
Contact us on Discord or email hello@flophero.com.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
If FlopHero isn’t what you expected, reach out within the first week and we’ll process your refund quickly.
Canceling Your Subscription
You can cancel anytime from your subscription settings.
After cancellation, you’ll keep access until your billing period ends, then your account moves to the Free plan.
Steps to cancel:
- Click your profile icon in the top right
- Select Subscription
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Confirm cancellation
Your hand histories and data remain stored.
When you return, everything will still be available.

Downgrading Your Plan
You can downgrade anytime.
The change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle, so you keep full access until then.
If you’re playing lower stakes or want to reduce costs, downgrading is straightforward.
Upgrading Your Plan
Upgrades are instant.
You’ll be charged a prorated amount for the remaining time in your billing cycle and gain access to higher-stake analysis right away.
If you start playing higher stakes, upgrading keeps your strategy and reports aligned with your new level.
About the Free Plan
The Free plan lets you analyze up to 10 hands per day.
It’s ideal for casual players who want to review key hands without paying.
If that volume fits your study goals, you can use FlopHero indefinitely.
We believe if you only need that much, we haven’t earned your money yet.
