The General FAQ section provides quick answers to the most common questions about FlopHero’s tools, features, and support options.

What is FlopHero and what makes it different?

FlopHero is an integrated PLO tracker and GTO analysis platform. It shows where you went wrong and how to fix it using your real hands. Traditional trackers stop at results. Theory suites stay abstract. FlopHero connects both to your own database. See What Makes FlopHero Unique.

What does “the first PLO tracker + GTO suite” mean?

What games and formats are supported?

FlopHero supports 4-card PLO cash games in 6-max with 20bb to 200bb stacks. Support for 5-card and tournaments is on the roadmap. For the current list, read Supported Games and Formats.

How long does analysis take?

Most hands process within minutes. Speed depends on volume and server load. The system prioritizes the biggest mistakes first so you can attack key leaks right away.

Can I use FlopHero on mobile?

FlopHero is desktop first. You can open it on mobile, but the full experience works best on a laptop or desktop.

Is FlopHero allowed by poker sites?

Yes. FlopHero is post-session only. It does not give real-time advice or access hidden information. Live Tracker automates importing but does not interact with poker clients during play.

How accurate is the HERO.Precision® solver?

HERO.Precision® solves to under 0.4% exploitability for most scenarios. This is more than enough for practical PLO study. We benchmark against tools like MonkerSolver to confirm accuracy and strategic equivalence.

Can I share my account?

No. Accounts are for individual use. Sharing violates the Terms of Service and can lead to suspension.

Does FlopHero have complete board coverage?

Yes. Every flop, turn, and river is covered. Rivers resolve in real time when opened. In Strategies you can select the exact board and view the solution.

What’s the difference between the Free plan and paid plans?

The Free plan allows analysis of up to 10 hands per day. Paid plans include unlimited hands and differ only by stake coverage. All paid plans include GTO Tracker, Strategies, Trainer, and Replayer. For pricing details, see Pricing and Plans.

How do I export my data?

Use the export option in the database management section. You can back up your hands or import them into other tools.

Can I import hands from other trackers?

Yes. If the files use standard hand history formats, upload them directly. The format is consistent across trackers.
